Payments for non US citizens?

Can someone explain me, is it possible to be paid for articles in Yahoo AC if you are not from US? Example if you are from Europe.

Yeah it works fine, you just have to tell them you are from the US when you sign up and you'll still get paid through paypal. My paypal account is a UK account and I still get paid.
