Trouble Creating Apps

I was able to make apps on PVA's all day yesterday, then suddenly I get this message:

"You can no longer create apps because our systems indicated that your account may not be authentic. Facebook requires users to provide their real first and last names, and fake accounts are a violation of our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (SRR 4.1), even when used to host or test apps. Also note that maintaining multiple accounts, even if they are authentic, is also prohibited. If you would like to create a test user to test app functionality, you can do so here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/test_users/."

And now I can't make apps on ANY accounts? I tried running CCLeaner, as this helped in the past, but this time, no dice. Anyone know a workaround?

FACEBOOK is good at weeding out spam.. It sucks. I wanted to add an app and thought that I could verify via google voice or a free text service...Ain't happening..

The only way I found around this was to make the account a little more active for a few days. Add some friends..make some posts..join some groups...ect ect...it will come back in a few days making apps again.

I never knew this went away... I've always experienced this. But anyway, chances are it's IP related (or related to the proxy IP being used by the person creating the accounts). To elaborate, I'd suspect someone who is creating the accounts abused the proxy and all accounts created w/ this IP have most likely been (retroactively) flagged as fake or "potentially unauthentic."

I have used 100+ different IP's and still got a c&d ..this isn't about hiding your activities but more about making it harder for them to notice you

I can create apps just fine with PVA's recently purchased but have several aged pva's which still can't.
