You can buy some tools like :
1.Scrapebox for blog commenting and many other works
2.AMR - for article marketing/submission works
3.Social Bookmarking demon - For social bookmarking
4.The best spinner - for spinning article
5.Xrumer -if possible( it is monthly payment)
6.10 micro niche keyword from cyberzilla for adsense or CB
7. Hosting for all domain
8. If you can not install domain to wordpress then hire some one.
Then use all of the tools above one by one. But first of all you have to read how to use these tools.If you do not want to use these tools by yourself then no need to buy these.Go fiverr and select some niche gigg related linkbuilding.If you can invest 100 to 150$ on fiverr for each domain then you can bring your micro low competition site to front page of google.

Buy a website with proven Adsense revenue on DP or some other noob forum, drop a few bookmarking/article/blasts from fiverr on it, wait a few weeks until you see a visible increase in revenue and rankings, flip it on flippa as a rapidly growing Adsense site.

What makes you think you can start a thread saying i have $2400 and you'd get spoon fed. If you have to ask what to do with the money your not ready yet. I would say buy a site but all that would lead to is i bought a site what do i do now. Keep reading BHW and put the money in the saving account and use the money to scale up when you find a method that fits you. 70% you will loose the money if you do anything else. I'm sure you have been spammed pm's saying "give me it i'll x10 it in a month." That's all you can get out of the thread.

Get those above or at least scrapebox, AMR, Bookmark Demon. You can add tweetattacks to drive aditional traffic.
Keep in mind you will also need private proxies.
Get them on VPS.
*Hire a VA to administer them.
Blast away your sites and/or sell services.
Or just buy services for your sites and enjoy your free time while banking.

Go for micro site is OK but I'd rather go for a bigger sites (it's safer, betting in the long run). If I were you I would:
Build 5 medium sites, 50 posts per sites. You can hire it for $5/post
5 sites: 250 x 5 = $1250.
Get scrape box: $57
Get AMR: $80
Get BMD: $127
Get TBS: $47
Hosting: $90/year
Domains: $50
total: $1701
Have fun with the rest

Ya i forgotten to say about private proxy and VPS.From my experience i bought scrapebox last july but it was not worthy due to lack of private proxy.When i bought some private proxy and vps in last december from then it is making money for me.
To bugaman......So be careful to utilize your money properly to get back and make profit.I am not sure how much you know about SEO and internet marketing.If know well then it is OK but if you new here then first off all spend at least one month to read all important topics related to adsense, linkbuilding affiliate ,cpa etc.
Another thing what ever you do but do all thing with a previous created plan.And do not try to do all things at a time to earn a huge money asap.Apply one thing after one by one.Hope you will be succeed.Best of luck for you and if any new question you can pm me.

At least 500$ for per month after 2 months and lifetime if he can bring all the site to first page and can do some link building after each 3/4 months to keep the first page position.But all will depend on the niche value.For that i suggested him to buy keywords from expert people who knows well about keyword researching.

I did it in smaller scale, 2 sites but I know it will work with any number of sites.
Yeah, you need to plan, pick your niches, find keywords... but they will be easy. Building links can be tedious but the tools will help you. I suggest bookmark for each post in top 10 bookmarking sites and schedule AMR submit for your posts. the results will be nice.
