Exactly what's happening to me right now. Ranked first page, then dropped slightly to #2. What you need to do now is keep the links going. It will crawl back up eventually, no more spikes.
I'm only extrapolating from my own experience, so if anyone else disagrees with what I've just said, go ahead and say it

I never stop backlinking sites (either into the tiers or directly from high PR blogs)

I farm about 300 AA PR >2 blogs/day atm and I am using them on this site in between campaigns to keep a nice, stable, 300-500/day of backlinks coming in.

I used to be worried about scrapeboxing, mostly because the harvester sucks. But since I found another, highly effective way to find unspammed blogs I've had extremely good success scrapebox blasting new sites... If you keep the links steady for about a month, the website will get it's #1 spots (for certain, non-crazy niches).

I'm not sure WHY google keeps messing with SEOers that attempt to build highly useful link pyramids, but they seem to enjoy it. Blog comment spam is still #1 and seems to be the driving force behind most people's top positions in lucrative niches.

When google counts these structures, they cannot be beat in their effectiveness. But it seems like google just CHOOSES when it will give you the juice and when it won't.

keyword atm is [130,000] searches per month (exact) and the top sites have around 25,000 backlinks (blog comment spam mostly). My site was ranking top 10 with only 300 backlinks prior to this issue. I've done another keyword with even MORE exact searches with 2 more campaigns since the 23rd and google hasn't even ranked the site for that keyword at all (not in the top 500).

I am of the impression that google's panda update did nothing but promote spam.
Likewise, I notice when you do that final campaign push to top 3 spots for very competitive niches (full green bar and >100k exact searches in google tool) google delays the recalc/juice even longer. It's happened on all 6 websites that I've gotten into the top 2 so far for various keywords.
Most the web 2.0s I've made have authority levels in the 60s-70s in majesticseo. Yet, google sometimes just delays and delays and delays counting them.

I just thought of something, if you put the same video into each of your web 2.0's wouldn't google realize that all of those links to your money site were probably made by the same person?

For the BMD step when you just want to bookmark your web 2.0s + youtube, do you submit each URL to 1 bookmarking account?

At this moment I have 36 URLs from Web 2.0s and youtube, so I would be submitting 36 URLs to a single bookmarking account. Wouldn't that lead me to a ban?

The blueprint can be kinda fuzzy on that. Cash202 recommends - I don't think he uses BMD anymore - that each get a single bookmark. To lighten the load you need multiple bookmarking accounts.

That's what he recommends for the articles.. But I'm still in the Web 2.0 only. I can't figure it out how to make one site go to one bookmarking site. Each time I add my web pages to queue it simply adds the same site to several bookmarking sites.

Can someone give me the right settings for the 13th step?

 13. Use BMD to bookmark this list of sites using bookmarking sites that  come with BMD (100+ sites). Enable CAPTCHA solving in BMD for this  submission. Ping the bookmarks with BMD after you finish.

Update: Finished step 15 and I'm now on page 3. PR went from PR 0 to a PR 2!!!

CASH QUESTION: Are you aware of the issue with AMR not solving Captchas? And also others are complaining with Beta its not giving you the submitted URLS report. SO QUESTIONS is - is it ok to use Article Demon instead. I loaded it with about 3000 Directories.

Beta 14 does solve the captcha problems. I had been holding on to 1.0.9.1, but last night I finally made the switch, and I advise you to get the beta as well.

LiveLinks seem to *sorta* working for me. I'm just not getting as many as I should.

This is a hell of a great post my friend, I'm using my own cycles not big as yours but it takes time too.

And my cycles including turn Scrapebox auto approved links to RSS feed, ping it and submit to RSS directories, this is pain in the ass

By the way, here is my progress with this method. Just started a few hours ago. I think that this would be a good place to keep up with it, so others can see how well it really works.

5,400/30 = 180 Searches/day * 42% = about 75 potential us clicks/day
I believe this is the formula for SEOT.

I don't have market samurai, but from what I've read, thats how it works. So, with a #1 ranking I can expect 75 uniques a day from the US. I'm really only concerned with the US traffic for this site.

Not an EMD, but close. EMD for the other keyword I'm targeting, which gets less search volume.

Starting out rank 56. August 8, 2011. Haven't tried to rank for this keyword yet.

Tonight, I have made the video, powerpoint, and pdf. I spent a lot of time on the vid and powerpoint. I actually want to get traffic from them. I wrote a brand new article, spun some of the paragraphs together, spun sentences, then put it into TheBestSpinner and spun it manually.

I used one of those articles to make the pdf. Just saved it as a word doc and used an online service to convert to pdf. Has 1 contextual link it it.

Uploaded both the powerpoint and the pdf to SlideShare and Scribd, as Cash202 said, but I also uploaded to DocStoc and DocShare. All are live except DocShare, not sure how their process goes. If it doesn't show up, oh well. I still have six live documents on the sharing sites. All with my url in description, along with unique, hand written, unspun text.

Next, I used SeNukeX to create accounts at all the Web2.0's. I recommend putting that step into the guide.

Tomorrow I will start with the 2.0's. I'm thinking that I will probably only do a few, maybe 3, then continue with the next steps. I'll rinse and repeat that process to make it look more natural. That way, the 2.0s that are created at the beginning will have a lot more links to them then the latter ones. If this doesn't sound like a good plan, please let me know.

Hi Cash, I am following your method but yesterday I submitted the pdf and powerpoint and my ranking dropped 200 points for the keyword I am promoting

I also uploaded the youtube video, but I don't think that could affect the ranking negatively, or could it?

Is this result normal when you submit the pfd and powerpoint for the first time or did I do something wrong? please help!

I guarantee you, it's not a PDF.

fairly new... 3 months old.
the keyword was mixed up in each web 2.0 so there were technically 2 keywords.
Added two 700-800 word pages to the site to accompany the blasts.
The keyword was on every web 2.0 as an anchor text, 1 anchor was the keyword, the other was another keyword.

Also with that other keyword, we still haven't shown up in the top 100 for yet (indicating google may not have even "processed" and given credit for the backlinks yet)
This kind of behavior did happen once before and randomly the juice was given and the site shot up to #2 position

This new niche is very, very competitive. Competitive niches have always meant longer lag on getting into the top spots from my experience, but I may just be comforting myself hehe

I never enter competitive niche with brand new domain (not anymore).
The last competitive niche I entered I bought 9 year old domain with
links and history plus around 5 aged domains with PR1-3 to build satellite
blogs and around 5 one-two year old domains without PR from
my portfolio.

I use satellite network of blogs in addition to Web 2.0 and also plugged
all tier one to Dripable on 1000 links per day diet after the blast.
I also submitted main site to 2000 directories, 350+ approved so far.
On top of that massive direct Scrapebox blasts to money site (150K).

Took me two weeks to do it. I am on the top of page three so far. Will
hit it with another blast this week.

I never expect instant result in competitive niches. However, when Google
starts to trust you, they'll shoot you to the top and you stay there.
It might take months though...

I will tell another blasphemy. Collect all RSS feed of your Web 2.0 properties
and combine them in one feed with Yahoo Pipes and add this feed to
Feedburner (holy shit, what a footprint sent straight into the Google's
own service!!!). Then take Feedburner feed and use TwitterFeed to send it
to HelloTXT and through HelloTXT to tons of other social networks.

This is how you get social component of your link building handled on
autopilot.

Don't worry about bans. I got so many accounts banned that I lost count.
It is just a part of a business. Don't fret about it. Got banned? Just move
on. Create another account.

As for bookmarking the answer is no, I don't send all 36 URLs to each and
every account. I do a single BMD run and create around 150-200 bookmarks
for 36 URLs. So, each URL gets bookmarked on 4-5 sites only.

Article Demon is crap. I have it. Too slow and I only get ~50 autoapproved
articles per run.

I use new AMR beta 3. It works with DeCaptcher. Search AMR forum for
a link to beta.
