The OPs post makes it obvious that - right now - he's not sure what to do at all. So instead of recommending anything out of the blue, it'd be helpful to know what type of stuff and tools sharolsmith did try/do already and how that turned out.

Eventually it might be best to start from the beginning by getting a few decent, easy to rank keywords + available emds from cyberzilla http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...t-price-easily-monetizable-emd-available.html and put up a handful of posts/pages on each of the domains.
In the next step you would book small backlinking gigs from some of the reputable guys on BHW. That way you know you don't mess up the backlinking, which otherwise would result in yet another "f*ck SB, f*ck AMR, etc etc"-thread

Assuming you get 5 keywords/niches + 5 emds + hosting + backlinking gigs you should be all set with $200-300. Even if you outsource content creation as well, you should have enough left to get you 1 or 2 tools, if you really need to have them.

Anyways ... 5 easy to rank websites should pull in another $500 pretty easy in a matter of months or even weeks, if you're lucky.

OP is obviously a beginner. Suggesting him to buy Xrumer is just ridicilous. My advice:

1. Read, read, read, read and read
2. Try, try, try, try and try
3. Earn your first cash

Then... once you know how to make cash and you know in what way you want to do it (CB, CPA, micro nische etc) you buy some tools which will assist you.

I suggest you start off by buying Scrapebox, The Best Spinner and AMR. Then, once you know how to set up a basic SEO-strategy manually you can try the stuff which will make things more or less automatically such as VenomSEO PRO.

I've been here for a while and learned alot. No one will tell you which tools you should buy, if I were you, I would try ranking a page manualy so you actualy would learn which tools you need (which tasks need to be automated) with your strategy.
