Why are peoples sites 'moving'?

I noticed their are some members here posting about their sites being knocked off pages.
Unfortunately, my site has taken a hit as well.

Does anyone know if this is because of the PR update?

I here about people saying googe doesnt like spammed sites anymore?
I know this is just an opininion and not a fact.

Are link pyramids a safe route now that people do?

Can anyone comment also if your site has seen a 'dance' or rank down lately?

I have been doing some web 2.0's--->web 2.0's---> money site
and my site has gone down like 1 page lately.

It seems their are a number of people whose sites have ranked down.

Does anyone think that a certain type of link building is to blame?

My site jumped from page 2 to 8 but I'm calm cus its just one keyword nd I started link building it, so its just a dance I like to track several keywords per site, cus like that I believe u can tell if its a penalty or a dance

It's because they got a name for their update which is similar to an animal called "PANDA". It's Panda update..

I too believe that the game is over, but at some point I think that "there's a key for every lock". So just experiment with it. That's what I'm doing..
