My new office! Before and after pics!

I gotta get some pictures up of my mobile "office"...

Or maybe I should just take a video in 720p HD and post it here...

I'll join in the fun :)

I used to trade stocks for a living which is what got me hooked on the multi-monitor thing..

OP grats for your new office, my advice, don't put a T.V. in it lol. Separate work from play, its helped me allot at least.

Autumn that is a sick set up, I'm guessing the PC is in the desk, thats sweet. I have the same keyboard as that guy lol

Holy shit, that's pretty nice... I was looking for the tower when i realized it was integrated into the desk..

Not mine, but was posted on reddit today:

What is this, the Blackhat pimp your gear edition? Actually there are some cool setups compared to my own. My space looks like a neglected computer room with all of the monitors, PCs, wires and laptops scattered about in seeming disarray but there is a reason to my seeming madness.

However; I am always shocked that so many BHW members appear to have but one computer running. I have five that I use, four regularly and one is a redundant backup. I just don't trust the shits when I'm doing my work and I like a lot of backup. And please Mac fan boys don't tell me you only need one, cause everything fails at some point!

And computers do sense fear except for the dude with the guns!

No, 3 monitors does not necessarily boost your productivity. It depends what you're working on. For certain things it decreases productivity because it forces you to multitask which is bad, for other tasks it increases productivity by 400%.

No, 3 monitors does not necessarily boost your productivity. It depends what you're working on. For certain things it decreases productivity because it forces you to multitask which is bad, for other tasks it increases productivity by 400%.

A study by Microsoft Research found it decidedly improved productivity - http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/news/features/vibe.aspx

The first study revealed that the users' productivity increased by 9 percent. Further studies showed even greater increases - at times up to 50 percent for tasks such as cutting and pasting.
