Offshore FTP server

I am looking for a offshore FTP server.

This service must be really fast, huge bandwidth, user management, auto back up, and of course offshore where I can upload anything I want.

Well whether you opt on-shore or off-shore; reputable web hosts won't allow you to upload any illegal stuff.......

What will you be doing with the ftp server will you just be storing data or will you be providing others with access to the server?

No problem. Thought about RBN servers? In my opinion best for offshore. Don't know what you want to upload BUT they aren't interested in it. They all accept anonymous payment just like paysafecard and webmoney. You don't have to publish ur name or anything. Advantage in my opinion, non-logging.

Otherwise you could try some public FTP directories to upload and spread your stuff ofc. Yes there are some. Just google for them. If you are skillfull you could also use Free Webhosting services just like iespana and crypt ur stuff well. They will never know and kick you.
