Stay away from Polish Theme from Elegant Themes

Mistake in thread title *Polished Theme*

I was wondering why my website wasn't ranking. I decided to install SEO Booster Pro and was puzzled as to why it wasn't working like it should. People had footers filled with tags, but for me, nothing would generate. I installed another theme that I liked and the same thing. I didn't realize they were both from Elegant Themes. I now have a new theme and the site is functioning like it should. I never knew a theme could fuck up the entire site's SEO so badly.

Hope my bad experience saves someone some trouble.

Are you saying your plugin doesn't function correctly with their theme? or are the themes actually bad for SEO? If it is the latter then I must disagree. All of my sites which use elgeantthemes are ranking well.

LOL there are many plugins that do not work with certain themes, that's why you have to test them. I too have several sites ranking very highly with Elegant Themes. You can't expect a plugin to work with every theme out there because most of them are tested on the 2010 theme. don't blame elegant for your mistake.
