I have a quick question, if I create a profile backlink to a pr9 website, the link juice comming out of what will be relatively equal to a normal website backlink of how much page rank?

Now a lot .gov or .edu forum cannot stick longer your profile sure get deleted if not active or put some backlinks.

I think a lot of people get confused about the whole 'HIGH PR home page passing PR' theory. Let me explain:

Page rank can be passed internally from page to page providing there is an internal link. Now, when you create one of these profiles, you have to ask yourself this question; whereabouts on the rest of the site are they going to link to my profile? Well, probably nowhere EXCEPT the members page.

When you think about the logistics of the page rank passing from the home page, to the members page, and then to the several thousand profiles on the members page, you will realise that the benefit you get isn't as great as what people make it out to be. In some cases you might get no benefit if your profile is NOT linked to from another page on the site.

Hope that makes sense.

There is no way that Google is going to pass any of its pr 10 link juice through to your profile link if you think about the semantics of how page rank is passed through a site.

This is why there are EDU/GOV Wiki's, Blog's ( creation or commenting ) and why you need to post in the thread's with your profiles.
