Making Money off Dating Offers

I found a few good dating site offers, short form and about $3.50 per conversion. I'm wondering whats the best way to promote this offer, black hat or white hat it doesn't matter. I know about e-whoring but I need a more specific technique. Any idead would be appreciated.

But facebook and POF are paid traffic. I don't have much money to invest but if it's noob proof, I wouldn't mind setting aside like 200 dollars to test piad traffic..
