Free/shared proxies for around ten dollars?

I had a fiverr gig that I was happy with (4 shared for $5) until they recently only allow one proxy per instance and lock you out if you load any more.

So I'd like something around the same price but allowing me as many instances as I please.

Most of the suggestions ppl have given so far are either unsuitable (HMA VPN) or too costly (generally private proxies from what I've seen).

So can anyone give recs. fitting my requirements?

There is fiverr gig that I use that gives you 4 private proxies and you can do whatever you want with them I don't remember the name now but the guy got over 300 good reviews just search for private proxies

Lol ye that's what i was using but they changed it so I can only use one instance at a time hence why I'm looking elsewhere. I haven't been able to find a better deal so might end up going back with them.
