Just wondering where is the best one?

Fiverr?
BHW?

I need one that will not get me sandboxed.. My site is roughly a year old, with around 176 backlinks.

What would be a good deal? Thanks

We always recommend our users to handle there own link-building strategy. Outsourcing it to people who dont completely understand the tools they are using is not the best idea in our books. You would find a million threads here about the rankings lost after giving it to some joker. I'm suggesting this because your site is already old and established. Had it been a new site it would have been different!

Mate.. Be carefull while going on to fiverr.. I have seen a number of stories where their domain got penalty, when trying on fiver.. BHW is good but as the other guy said it would be better if you have your own seo strategy and then buy services accordingly.

Domains get penalties for numerous reasons. Buying a fiverr gig for a link pyramid is not one of them. Unless the site was brand new and was being blasted with new links, then it might be a problem.

His domain is over one year old so he has no problem buying fiverr gigs.

Also, some people outsource their link building strategy. If you don't have the necessary tools, it can take hours to create a few web 2.0 properties.

I usually get 25 successful ones after I create them. I try to mix up my linking strategy to make it look more natural.

Fiverr is a cheap way to get backlinks,but there is a big difference in quality(article,spinning,anchor text,web 2.0 PageRank,etc...)

Seconded link pyramids are an amazing serp booster if done properly, I am currently into a month of testing a new strategy with one mixed with other properties and submits and getting amazing results, I hope to be offering the service on BHW in the next month
