So the dj top 100 is being monitored on facebook this year!

Obviously it's to ward off the cheaters, but will this stop them? I know one year a guy made a program or bot that voted for him, but the dj got busted.

Just wondering if anyone on here does vote and has voted what they thought? I'm wondering if the competition could get botted in some way and will it be a fair competition this year?

Ill vote angerfist for sure. Shame that hardcore scene is so small compared to "basic" trance or these featuring pop tracks that guetta makes for example ...

Number #1 would be David Guetta or Tiesto...
I think its very hard to cheat with this competition.

The top 10 list never really changes from year to year I mean Armin, Tiesto, PVD, and others they have been in the game for a long while. The likes of Guetta make it through the charts remixing with other pop stars.

I prefer the likes of Deadmau5, Judge Jules and Sander Van Dorn the real club bangers.

I was more pointing the fact of the whole Facebook way of voting, and the cheating aspect, I was thinking it's a clever ploy by Dj mag.

Lol I totally agree!! Deadmau5 has made some really different and amazing tunes! Along with Tiesto, Sander van dorn............... the list is kind of endless, and most of them are in the top 100 so how can they be trash?

He is not only just a producer and a DJ . He is a father now-days . And drugs free .

A lot of the Dj's are Fathers, and I'm telling you not all of them are complete drug heads! The amount of effort and work it takes into doing all these gigs you could not do it being mashed up all the time!

My point is being lost too, I was more aiming this topic being on the move into Facebook. Obviously they feel that they will be backed by Facebook themselves to monitor the voting system.

The reason why I go on is I just find it strange! Not everyone believe it or not have a Facebook account, I personally don't really use it too much. But this little ploy will make people have to sign up for an account to vote!

I'm thinking this wont stop the cheaters still.

there were 4 djs who got busted, I also know of 1 other ''group'' who cheated and got away with it.

Yeah I read in DJ mag about the DJ's that got busted! Also there was a huge spread out on youtube last year to try and catch the cheats too. As I said it wont stop it.

What is it with Armin Van Buuren? Honestly he is not that good! there are much better on the 100 list than him. It seems like most people just go with the old, you should all try listening to other dj's and would realise that Armin is not that good!
