I have recieved a review copy from Cyber about a week ago and i must say that this is one of the most comprehensive keyword reports I have recieved so far. Not only that it includes a keyword with over 2k exact searches, but also a low competition and it points to the .com domain with the exact keyword.
I have worked together with Cyber on a few projects and trust me when I say that this guy knows exactly what he is talking about when it comes to keywords.
When you chose a keyword it is crucial that it is also profitable and this is exactly what is beeing sold here.
One other cool thing about his report is that he is also giving you the related long tail keyword list along with the main keyword plus monetization ideas.
All in one, this is one of the best services i came across.

A few questions:
- do you give the KW to one person or are you selling it multiple times?
- can I set certain specifics I want; for example I want to target in France and I need an EMD of .fr OR if I want to target the UK, I want matching .co.uk domain; is this possible?
- Can I also choose not be a brand name (I know they have low competition) but I dont want that, and something that is also Adsense safe?

Review copies and discount copies were already taken. Now the normal price is applicable. $33 for three keywords. You can order once we resume the service.
- Once a keyword is shared, it is gone FOREVER. Never be sold again.
- Right now all my keywords are based on US, but I can do research for UK and provide keywords. Never tried other countries as I always focus on US which is profitable.
- As you requested in PM, I can choose a keyword which fits all your requirements. If you are fine with US keywords, you can place the order once I resume the service.

Well, received my KW, not my usual stuff as I now only do niches that have >20k monthly local searches (and are not micro niches)
although G-KW tool says very high competition and very low amount of searches these niches are quite untouched. Who with the right mind would bother a 2k monthly searches with 0.86 competition - that sounds really stupid!
but looking at it deeper, you will see the opportunity
Btw, when I was registering my domain at namecheap I saw that I got the same name .INFO domain for free (if available), so thats also nice.

Just got my keywords back (8 of them) and am actually really pleased. Not only where they all from different niches as requested but they were not all adsense based and ive found a few ways to make more cash with them already.
Competition wise they are great. There was one harder keyword as i couldn't just do on site SEO and get on the first page but with about $100 of SEO and a few months i would be in the top 5 easily! Then just re-invest as the traffic was 3k+ a month and another $150 later im 1st and secured that 1st position.
Frankly im very pleased! Plus the addition of highly related keywords is even better as now that means i can get 10 to 20 articles written per site and cover 30+ keywords and then get 10k+ visitors a month instead of the 3k for just one single keyword.
As soon as ive got these up and the 1st stage seo done im going to be ordering again!

1.) The keywords were delivered incredibly fast even though I jumped the gun on ordering.
2.) cyberzilla provided all the info I could possibly need on the three niches he provided. Very extensive reports.
3.) Info on EMD's availability were included.
4.) snapshot of top ten ranking sites for main keyword with MS seo comp analysis module.
5.) Search volume for main keywords were very respectable
6.) Overall CPC for entire niche was very respectable
