My Review:
I received a keyword, and honestly, my keyword was the best, it had 2,400 exact month searches, about 0.9 CPC, and the top 5 sites for that keyword in Google had very low backlinks, about 10 backlinks, this is now, the best keyword service concerning easy rankings, this is PERFECT for newbies who don't know how to do good backlinking, I haven't started backlinking for this site yet, but I am 100% sure it will be extremely easy to rank!

The report was in Excel format with more details than I expected, seriously.

Some numbers:

About the KW itself, its just awesome. It is in Automotive niche (highly commercial). And And its not a 'seasonal KW'. It gets that many searches every month throughout the year. (OP included a google insight screenshot which tells me all this )
Also EMD (.org) is available...

Monetization:
While it has $1.4 CPC, I feel like monetizing it with CPA offers. I already found an offer which is related to that KW and pays $2.40 for first page one-field submit. Amazon is an option as well and then the classic old adsense.
