Random backlinking(SB,BC,PR) for first 3 week and a mega linkwheel for stable ranking.

Heres my question guys... exactly what would you define as "low competition" as? What kinda pr and keyword ratings would be considered low vs moderate vs decent?

This seems to be a fairly vague area of definition and for those of us who are fairly new it's hard to say. What do you vets say?

What is the definition of low competition?

KW 1:
2.2 Mill pages
1900 Global Monthly Searchs [exact]
Term 'medium' competition in G's adwords keyword tool.

KW 2 (KW1 + a word):
1.5 Mil pages
200 Global Monthly Searchs [exact]
Term 'medium' competition in G's adwords keyword tool.

Something like this can be ranked for really easily within a week or two.

Method -
Money site, 8 blog posts. -150 words each
2 - 3 Blogs with 2-3 posts. -150 words each
Xrumor blast 150 profiles (only 5 links show up in webmaster tools).

Results -

KW1 : Serp page 1, 7th result in second week.
KW2 : Serp page 1, 1st result in second week.

What's a good tool to extract that data from sites and keywords?

If I am understanding you are looking for where I got the KW stats from...

Google Adwords Keyword Tool

When searching for keywords make sure you check the [exact] checkbox, to get more realistic numbers.

As far as the number of pages, I just do a google search and look at the number of results

"""About 2,290,000 results (0.09 seconds)"""

Should I go for Web 2.0 sites and then blast them with Scrapebox and Xrumer?

Is it normal that my site has droped out of Top 1000 after a week of link building (About 1000 links a day)?

@mardo : Yep it is :), i'm facing the exact same situation ! Google invite you to dance take it and you'll have a great bump.

I'm keeping building backlinks during the dance in order to bump higher

But, i don't ping / index the backlinks i've spammed, they will pop out sooner or later so it looks more natural. Dunno if it is a good strategy or not but it is what im doing and it is working so far.

Yeah, pretty normal. It happens first 2/3 times when the backlinks get indexed.

So does that mean if I will keep building the same amount of backlinks on daily basis I'll get higher position?

low competition (in my opinion) could be defined as average < PR 3 on first 10 positions, < 100 links to page (not domain), and intitle & inurl < 50k, and both Intitle + inurl < 10k.

And of course, check if the sites ranking in the serps have keyword in title / url etc etc etc :P

Awesome. Exactly the answer I was looking for ++

Should I blast my money site with Xrumer profiles or would it be better to blast my Web 2.0 sites instead?

The most important thing is a proper kwd research. If this is done well then you should rank pretty easy with a proper onsite SEO and some regularly backlinks.

Definitely blast the web 2.0

Cheers!
