Day 0:
Ok so I went to the beach and I can honestly tell you it was the best day today.
I got totally recharged and I'm ready for the week.

This update is going to focus on health/energy related preperation.
That might seem a little weird to you but here is my thinking.

I'm going to need to hustle pretty hard this week and month. In order
to to have enough energy I need to positie fuel for my mind and positive
fuel for my brain.

So here is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to wake up tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. I'll be starting work at 8am.

My body weight is 170 so my daily water intake is going to be
drinking at minimum 85 ounces of water per day

here is what I won't be drinking
coffee (maybe a little)
no surgar/sugar drinks (they cause a very bad energy crash)


I won't be eating any carbs after 6pm
and going for green related meals.

I will work out 5 days a week
I heard that Richard Branson says being physically fit was a major reason he was so productive.
if it's good enough for him that's good enough for me.

Also a couple of people posted that it's unresonable goal or maybe too high.
The reason I set it high is I want to really push myself. Big goals have big
outcomes.
