I cant see exactly when its running but when it hits a proxy that doesn't work - it just skips it , right ?

i ask cos i was scraping a big directory and they banned my ip even with proxies I'd checked --- so if you extract data and teh proxie is a dud -- it skips it - ?

Who provide you the proxies? Use only trusted members for these services. Or just buy some private proxies. Sometimes when you start scrape with good public proxies, they can die, before you finish the process.

im just wondering is - if the proxie fails is my orginal ip safe ? it just moves on - it seems to do this form examing it
