I?m getting a low number of links also

I been constantly running the program since purchase 23rd July, in the log it shows so many thousands of post but when I check the links by randomly pasting into browser I can?t find a single Blog with my URL in it. I also run Scrape box Link checker and only seems to be linked on the WHOIS sites, now I?m wondering what I?m do wrong as I?m promoting two site one is has quite few backlinks anyway from before, but the other one has only twenty links when instead it should be thousands.

What sort of number are we talking here? As I have said over and over 0.5-2% is absolutely normal when using any automated commenter. This figure can be easily increased by using lots of private proxies or by choosing a niche that is more susceptible to being auto-approve. Also if you use auto-approve lists you can get this figure up to 60-80%

As you do not give any sort of figure I can only assume you are in the realms of normality with your links. Lots of users that have not done automated commenting will think that they are not getting many links when it is normally because of a lack of proxies and they are not using auto-approve blog lists. I am sure you are seeing more links than supahsmooth though, the only way I can think you would get that low a number of links would be if you were using public proxies that do not work any longer, or a firewall is blocking the tool from accessing the internet at all.

I have decided to write a quick ebook about how to get the most out of this tool (and any automated tool) which should be essential reading for anyone struggling to realise why they are only getting a few links from the tool.

Wow you hit the nail on the head with the public proxies. I did a check on the giant public proxy list I own and 97% was dead.

My apologies for jumping to conclusions, the tool is still awesome!

Maybe it is time to buy some private proxies. Is there a real difference between using private proxies or no proxies at all? If private proxies are better what amount would be best?

Thanks

No apologies needed mate. I would say no proxies are better than public proxies scraped from websites. When it comes to private ones it really depends, I'm hardly a proxy expert, but people seem to be getting much higher approval rates when using 10 or more private proxies.

When I get some time Im going to be adding an internal post checker and I'm currently working on a much bigger whois list and some more support bits like I just added an FAQ to the website and I have some ebooks on the way to help users. I'm hoping that by the end of August the whole system will be a lot more streamlined and there won't be a need to use third party tools for any tasks.

Trackbacks post 15k On ID 2 siteexplorer.search.yahoo says I have 13 links

Thanks for the support so I will wait for ebook, because the attraction for me was NO HANDS as advertise in the Youtube video just put my sites in and follow example of video, I?m a novice on this, I don?t know about setting up proxies so Ebook would be helpful you mentioned firewall also, I use Zone Alarm of witch NHS has unfettered access & Avast just flags a website from NHS every now and then. If you think any of the could be hindering performance let me know as I can run from a different pc with out fire wall

Yahoo siteexplorer is not any good for checking how many backlinks the tool is creating. siteexplorer will only show what links have been indexed, this can be higher or lower than what has actually been created based on the fact that some blogs will show you link on multiple pages (TopCommenter style plugin) and others will not have been checked yet, some sites may already have backlinks indexed etc. If you have links listed for these domains and they had no links previously then you are at least starting to see some links getting indexed without any work which is a good thing.

Pinging your list of created links will help to improve this figure but without checking whether the links actually exist first will become very time consuming.

As for Avast I would imagine it is blocking a small percentage of websites that probably have either been spammed to death or are simple cloaking sites. Either way these websites probably will not be giving you a link back anyway so it is no big deal to have them blocked. That is not a guarantee but I would imagine you will not be missing out on many links by avast blocking these pages.

As previously stated on the 1st one I did have backlinks already, the site is one year old but my interest is in the 2nd one.

Since Yahoo siteexplorer is not any good for checking any suggestion for a replacement.

Thanks

Siteexplorer is great for tracking how many links you have indexed so don't stop using it but don't expect it to pick up even half of your links. Lots of people use tools like scrapebox for checking their links but I am looking at getting an update out today that will do the link checking for you and even ping the checked links instead of every posted link.

I'll post back when I have this new update out, its not as big as the last feature update but it certainly brings some great new features to the table.

If it is not generating any comments or trackbacks you will need to go back into your settings and make sure all of the checkboxes are ticked for the blog comment settings and trackback settings. As I am not sure what else is wrong with the settings it may just be easier for you to download the database from the website and overwrite your old one with an empty one.

There isn't really any need to change the settings as they work just fine from a fresh install, if you are unsure what you are doing it might be easier to just overwrite with a fresh database.

I hope that helps, if you have any more questions just ask.

wow that link checking and auto ping sounds like it would really make this no hands entirely, as i grow tired of sifting through the thousands of links heh.

Okey did a backlink check, of 28k, enteries found 769, and that include whois domains matches in url also, like domainwhois.com/??blabla-sitename.

So out of 28k / about 700 links, i think its a good ratio.

I have a tip also for the users, use "any tool u got" to extract all loinks TO your site/s.
And then use those links in the "no hands" spamming, to build up the strength of those links to your site, instead of bombarding with your own url.

Example for me, i use Scrapebox to fist harvest my own URL's.
Site:siteadress

After i harvested my own site url's i use backlink checker on them all, and then i take all the sites linking back to me and try to push links to them, same as you would do with angela profile backlinks.
Instead of just building new links all the time, you try to increase the power of the current links, "that has bin indexed also".

just bought today :)

I'll have to post a review of this shortly, so far, i love its' simplicity. I hit play, and it just goes. Lets me focus on other things while it does the work in the background.

I see a new version has just come out. v1.2.2.0.
Trying it now. Can't see any thing new. I suppose there must be.

No Hands SEO v1.2.2 update notes

It wasn't a big update and I'm sure it didnt affect many people so I didn't make much of a fanfare about it.

v1.3.0 will have the link checking. I have the link checker working but just wanted to run it a little while longer to make sure it wasn't buggy, don't want you guys having to download updates every other day. I will post here when it is released though.

there was an error logging in! total seolution will now close
"object reference not set to an instance of an object."

i get that now as an error, however i just have to run as admin and it works fine. so just throwing it out there.

I can't say how much I LOVE this tool! The ability to hit 'Play' and leave it running in the background has allowed me to double my productivity at work. No longer do I have to manually set anything up with SE nuke/ SE Robot, etc. This tool scrapes, and does EVERYTHING for you. Had somewhat of a good 'FOUND' ratio when I checked it this morning. And I'll check again tomorrow to see if the non-AA blogs approved the comments and will update these numbers.

729 'Found'/ 5751 'Posted'.

One thing I would love to see with this tool would be forum profile creation. I don't know if that would be pushing it, but that would really make this tool the most useful I've used to date. That way, I could run this tool, leave it in the background, and let it do ALL of the work. Seriously guys, this is $77 that you truly would not regret spending.

Is there a way to import a list of AA blogs into this program? If so, can anyone explain how / make a video with instructions?

http://nohandsseo.com/blog/no-hands-seo-update-v1-2-2/ It wasn't a big update and I'm sure it didnt affect m...

The link to the 'Members' section is broken on this page, FYI. :P. It's linked to /Member, and not /Members ;)

just goto settings
add/block lists and point the txtfile to your big list of aa

Just had an email from a blog owner telling me to stop spamming her blog.
To prevent nohandsseo trying to post to this blog again do I just add the blog root domain to Block Domains List ? Just want to make sure I get it right.
