I made a greek stealth account with paypal (they are easy to verify), it got limited and they want a utility bill as proof of address, anyone got any scans/pics I could use?

Man that is crazy what a suprise paypal would be asking for that info. I wouldn't have expected that. Just keep searching for german related sites. find someone on facebook or something like that from germany offer them some money.
