I know you said this isn't the place but I love porcelain mugs. they hold my coffee which keeps me awake so i can get all my work done. which reminds me I'm out of coffee.

Ok I skimmed through this thread quickly and I see some issues with both ends.
I own and run a medium-large size business and we often contract people to do work for us (marketing/designing/programming etc.). Sometimes it's based on a hand shake other times a written contract, either way we ALWAYS set the terms first:
- How much will the job cost?
- When will the job be complete?
- How would you like to be paid?
(Then I would go on to explain what payment options we have available).

Sorry if I missed this, but did you agree on paypal as your payment option at the begging? Mine and most businesses don't cater to people's payment preferences; they use the options that they have setup.
There is no reason at 17 years old that you cannot have a bank account to cash a check, or accept a wire transfer unless you scammed your bank. Its like signing up to an affiliate who does not send payments by paypal, and saying "The only way I can get money right now is paypal. There's no reason why it can't be sent through paypal, it's secure..." (hahah paypal secure?! what a joke). Next time you do a contract job; make sure you actually have a real contract, and a bank account to accept your payments in.

logic - that does not warrant the negativity towards OP for not having one. based on this scenario whether he has one or not does not discredit his argument one way or another. yes he could go get one tomorrow, yes he could have already had one. it is not pertinent ( Relevant or applicable to a particular matter) to deciding in favor or not in favor of OP. (IN MY OPINION of course)
regarding mugshots - my experience -
talked to mugshots for a few weeks now. did him a favor and loaded a greendot card on short notice for him with $50. he paid me via PP first, as a gift, no problem. that's all i have to say, not going to post my interpretation one way or another of his character/intentions.

Recently he opened up a thread in WTB section and wanted a VCC. I wont go in details and keeping it short, I sent him multiple VCCs and at a time he owed me $200.
When my patience gave up, I got hard on him and was paid $145 in minutes and rest $55 in 2 days. I even had a chat with Zen19 at irc channel regarding opening up a shitlist thread against Mugshots. But still I gave him one chance, and he made me the payment.
I dont say he is a scammer or something, but maybe the way he works is different than most of us here.

Point on m8!! I guess someone who can invest a 100k to take 50 guys from here to Vegas, would not want mud on his face, and get his name out of the shit list ASAP.
Mugshots.. nothing wrong in dreaming BIG.. But I guess, until you clear the payment due to the OP, you're gonna have some scars and no one would want to come forward and do business with you.
On a more general note.. I have noticed the attitude of some people thinking that being a Jrvip or donor means you are supreme and that you can get away with scum. In the past ten odd threads that I have seen on the shit list, at least half of them involve a JRVip, donor or a guy with some reputation and this trend is growing higher. Certainly not a good sign for the forum in general.
^ its not the forums fault though, VIP and Donor is an option open to everyone! people going into these deals should not factor that status into it, vip or donor or otherwise shouldn't matter its a persons character i would look at, use your head.......

right... so, this dude mugshots says he wants to take a bunch of people from here on some fancy ass trip to vegas out of his pocket. but, he can't even cough some measly pocket change to pay the op. and just skimming through this thread here, he had to pay someone $200 for vcc's with 2 separate payments on 2 separate days.
