I think i may have come up with a propper dark blackhat idea... which if works, i would be happy to share!

but there is one thing i need, a list of worldwide mobile or cell phone numbers.

where could i get hold of a such a list? is there a free one? do i need to buy it?

if not, how can i build a list?
