I set up a autoresponder Tuts here on bhw
Reply back like a Day later or couple hours after you post it
Reason behind this is if you just start blasting out Replies Your ad will get
Flaged So i waited a good 5 to 6 hours then replied back with something like

"Hey %%name%% thanks For your interest But the Washer and Dryer are now gone
But my No longer Living Son Got them here http://url.com"

(Yes that last part is off a Ebook)

But that there Should Create Close to $10 to $15 a Post
But you can see what im saying and twist it using gift cards and what not.
