at no point did I say they were original shirts, I have always said they were copies however they are made in the factories that have been used by adidas and nike in the past
I think the conversations from skype above shows that and I too am happy for any mod etc to have a look at the full conversations
The major issue was you had messages in your ebay account that you had no idea were there, these would have been emailed to you and it would appear you were not checking them, any customer that is not getting answered is going to raise the issue- this too is in the skype logs

re everyone seeing they were obviously fake this is just not true. At the last point on the shirts he had 82 positive feedbacks, 2 neutral and 2 negative, both negatives were not for fake shirts
so based on average % of people who leave feedback he would have over 150 positive feedbacks
so on that basis how is it that everyone obviously thought they were fake?

I'm currently selling on behalf of wholesalereplica and I have now come across this thread since I've not been on BHW recently. I've sold quite a lot of shirts recently and have just begun shipping out shirts. My ebay account has over 800+ feedback. My paypal account is verified too.
Can everyone keep me up to date with whats happening as I don't want my account banned or have to give refunds to all the customers.

I haven't done business with wholesale, but I know how it works.
My paypal and ebay are both suspended. I was the one who had the long running paypal and ebay accounts and my partner was the one purchasing the shirts, but could never list for long because his ebay and paypal accounts were new and flags were raised quickly.
I knew what I was getting into, I think the others in this thread did too
I also was sending replicas from Thailand to Germany. At first it was doing well, then after only 3 months it went south.
I knew the shirts were replicas, good replicas, but not authentic.
I chalked it up as something not to get into again and that's it. I'd recommend not letting anybody list fakes with your ebay and paypal accounts, because in the end you will be the one responsible for handling your refunds.
Luckily I was still in Thailand when we were doing this, so could take action when he didn't want to chip in his half of the refunds.

Now that you lost all that money, at least understand that it was not because of him. He is the bad guy, but that 's his problem. Your problem is that you were the sucker and that 's what you need to deal with.

I got a letter today from a German solicitor acting on behalf of Dortmund, now im totally screwed.
Ive tried translating it best as I can through google, but I really could do with a native geman speaker to translate it for me. If anyone knows one please let me know, they are giving me a deadline to do things. I need to speak to a solicitor tomorrow here in the UK, but I really need a proper translation.

snobby I am really sorry for the trouble your in, I just wish you could have taken of some tactics to protect yourself, why sell in Ebay? when people can trace you fast? Look I am in US, and there are thousands of department stores, and some are high end, other middle, and then the low, all make good money, If I was in this kinda thing I would have just sold them to some middle or low end department store, they would not give boo, nor ask question, I would make a decent profit, and so will they, and most likely have repeat business, there are many people here looking for good, decent cheap clothing nor matter what.

I've got one of these from Manchester Utd's lawyers a couple of years ago. Been selling their shirts. They asked to send all my stock to them and pay 1000 GBP for their efforts to track me down
Never really had any stock, though, as I was dropshipping.
For whatever reason, I just ignored it and nothing happened. Been crossing the border all the time and nobody ever detained me, so I'm all good
I cant post the letter up here, im just thinking of legal reasons here, sorry.
what im reading from the letter, and its abou 8 pages long, they want me to sign some sort of agreement.
that i wont sell the shirts again, but that they also want info like who my supplier is, his address, how many shirts i sold, how much they cost, how much they sold for, how much money i made, they want me to destroy any shirts i have, but they want proof, they want me to pay 1800 euros legal costs for starters.
Then they want me to pay more costs on how many shirts i sold , so as to reimburse the trademark.
But i cant get info like how many I sold ebay deleted my account, wholesale replica wont help im sure.
im well and truly fucked
Oh and there giving me a deadline, it all has to be done by the 3rd august, or they will initiate judicial proceedings.
and to top it all off, im supposed to be going on holiday this friday, for a week(28th)
