So I started selling wholesale replicas football shirts on Egay starting the beginning of June, I had 250 positive feedback. We started off selling slowly until we were listing 16 shirts a day, but all this was on ebay germany.

Because he lives in Thailand, the shirts would take at least 2 weeks to arrive. This was covered in the auction listing that it could take 15-20 working days for delivery. Very clever on his behalf actually because we sold a lot of shirts, yet no one had received anything. I was paying 20-25 euros per shirt.

So the first batch arrives, I send them to germany and then things start to go wrong. I started getting bad feedback, and people accusing me of selling fakes. People asking for there money back. But by then I had sold 280 or so shirts. So I was commited to receiving the shirts, and posting them.

More and more people started complaining, and demanding there money back, telling me they were going to the police, sending there shirts to the respective football clubs etc. So I told Wholesale Replica, I wanted to stop anymore listing until I sorted out the unhappy customers, the returns etc.

Then things turned for the worse about 4 days ago, when ebay closed my account, and limited my paypl. They said they had many complaining customers, and that i had to do this and that to try and reinstate it, but i knew it was fruitless, because of all the neg messages i was getting.

So where am I at now? Well Ive got 3 parcels of these shirts about 16 in each parcel, ive got about 25 returns so far. I cant post the shirts to the customers, because ebay has closed me down. And offcourse all these buyers have seen my account is closed and they have all filed a dispute with paypal.

Im actually frightened to look on paypal, but the last time i looked it was -3k euros. This is money i dont have that egay/paypal wants. Ive allready paid out hundreds in refunds and I expect more disputes to come in. So Ive told Wholesale replica my situation, and I asked if he could maybe take the 3 parcels and the returns back of me for the price i paid for thm on the little cahnce I could recoup my money and try and pay some of these customers back, unfortunatly he has not responded, so I had to make this thread.

I know he is selling these shirts to a lot of people especially on this forum, so I just wanted people to know how its going to end up. Im a trustful person, and honest guy, I was just trying to get some quick money together for a holiday for my family, now Im in big debt. I never thought it would end like this.

Ok people might flame me for even trying this, but he seemd a genuine guy also, I checked his rep here etc. Im sure i wont see any money, but I just wanted to post here to try and stop him ruining someone elses ebay and life. i would really appreciate if ray would respond in here, and help me sort out this mess, and I dont think he will.

I also ask other members here if they know of any other forums he is a member trying to sell these shirts, so that I can join and warn other people. I dont want anyone else to go through what I am right now.

According to shit list rules, you should post proof first to accuse a BHW member here. Anything you have such as screenshots of emails, chat logs, pms, ebay listings, screenshots of ebay complaints etc. Post them on here first, then pm Big Buddy. He does a great job in tracking down and punishing low life scammers.

When you contacted me a week ago you never told me there were big problems, you had 82 positive feedbacks, 2 negative, one because you forgot to ship a shirt and the other was for late delivery, the last one could have been rectified.

Within the week where you made no contact I am guessing that is when the issues arrived, why did you not contact me then when it could have been sorted, rather than the message I got of "I'm fucked lol" which hardly gave me any real details.

With the 3 boxes that you have you say you cannot ship them as you do not have the customers details, well you do as they are in paypal which you say you have access too. You say that they will all return them but what of the 82 positive feedbacks where customers were happy- also remember that only about 60% of people leave feedback now so the number of happy customers is a far higher number. So not to ship the 3 boxes that you have is pretty stupid as those customer will of course ask for a refund. By not shipping the shirts you are only compounding the issues.

I told you that any returns you had I would sort, again I have never been given a list of what those returns are.

I have the full logs of all our conversations and I am happy to share them with any mod etc that may want them

When we had daily conversations any issues that arose were fixed, when you decided not to share any issues with me then everything went tits up. If I am held responsible for your decisions then so be it.

re the 2011 final shirts you are painting a rather biased picture. When they were first done they were the same as the last 3 finals, you sold nearly 100 units across a couple of accounts and had about 70+ feedbacks, you now according to your numbers have 5 shirts with you

to say that you made a loss I find very hard to believe, based on the sales prices which can be checked at goofbay.com against your ebay id and based on your buying price after ebay fees and paypal fees it shows a healthy profit of over 1500 gbp on the 2 accounts. As I say in your last email you said you had 5 shirts left from the final, so if you had a shit load of refunds where are the shirts.

so rather than state you have lost hundreds please clarify it with actual facts that can be quantified. For the comments re shitty shirts you were the one that sent a glowing email on the quality, plus if you read your feedbacks your customers were pretty happy to

you happily sold something and now you see some issues you blame me as the supplier

Everything that everyone has ever bought from me on here has been shipped with the exception of the 2 watches that I bought from a chinese supplier of mine that were never shipped, so to make good more stock was shipped that spdn2010 sent an email to me saying that was fine

Also I think football shirts are VERO items - so its best to stay away from this type of products as eBay will come down HARD a lot of the time without any reason, they pull listings for simply suspecting fake items. You did well to be able to sell that amount of shirts without ebay getting involved prior.

errrm I beg to disagree, I don't think you know what you're talking about - check the Immigration and Customs Enforcement website, it is full of stories of people locked up for selling fake baseball or footbal merchandise. The difference is that in Europe you will end up with closed P/\ypal and 3bay account, if US you will get 4 years for every count of mail fraud - you send 100 fake t-shirts and then get a cheap lawyer and you'll end up doing 400 years in the can

I had numerous people telling me thay you got things wrong on the shirts, on the neck, the bayern shirt was a joke, even people telling me the colours were not right.

I spent just as much time trying to keep customers happy then actually posting shirts, often giving them discounts just to keep them from saying anything.
My issue with posting them 3 parcels of shirts is its just going to get even more messy, having more returns to deal with, more people telling me there going to sue me, telling me they are going to send the shirts to respective football teams.

Where you are saying I didnt contact you for a week I dont know what you are talking about, maybe I was busy with sorting out all the returns, posting the shirts, there was not much you could do with that anyway.

I have all the full logs off our convos and I know you dont say anything that is not what you have said, its just that you have made a shit load of money of these shirts, but now the likes of me and the 2nd poster on here is facing all the shit. I honestly believe if I went down your route and posted the remaining shirts, I would end up refunding most, and be even more out of pocket.
Im sure someone said that if your ebay account gets closed all the people that bought of you will be notified why that account was closed.

As stated above you had plenty (over 80) positive feedbacks, so it would seem a high % of these shirts to be shipped would have happy customers.

One thing is certain if you do not ship them then you will have 100% unhappy customers.

I beg to differ with you, my buyers where alerted by Ebay that the item they purchased may be counterfeit after one customer reported me so then they asked for a refund or opened a dispute.

If the OP sends them out they are all just going to come back again, then he's just going too end up in a bigger mess.

Plus them German shirts especially are terrible quality and i doubt most people would need telling they where non genuine

The only thing they replicate is the colour (come to think of it someone complained about too).

Ive told the buyers ive refunded to just keep the shirts in a hope to reduce damage, plus i dont think its even worth the cost of return postage on them.

Re: The Man Utd /Barcelona shirts, your correct in saying i received some good feedback at first that was until the official site released the actual shirts to be worn and then they started coming back. I did manage to move some returns on because i had no choice with all that stock but most went at a loss by the time everything had been paid because nobody wanted them as they where the wrong design.

The Man Utd shirt did not replicate the shirt it was meant to, end of story. The design was wrong and the shipping was not as promised as it took forever and the sizes where totally wrong.

The Barcelona shirt was well off the mark too, where as yours where embroided with english writing. The actual shirt had no such embroidery, it had a sticker and that was written in spanish.

I do still have a few here and your most welcome to take them back for the money i paid for them along with this Moncler Coat that you said you get off my hands ages ago and the money for my watches.


Also, dont try and make me out to be some kind of sore loser because im complaing about your goods. Blaming the supplier blah blah blah.

Im blaming you because its your fault, your shirts just aint that good mate.

For the record, when you had me selling all these high end reps when we first met, you knew precisely what you where doing.
You where so eager to get things like watches and high end designer goods on my account you did it yourself on Teamviewer. as i remember for 10% which after paying the fee's was f**k all. you just took total advantage.

Man up and admit it,then sort out the money for the items mentioned.

Then i would be happy.

Mods if you need anything from me just ask.

I think i have said my piece now and will leave it up to you guys to decide.

re the shirts if they are not that good then why did the Op get over 80 positive feedbacks from Germany on German shirts and and you had over 70 on the final shirts? some even saying things like great original shirts etc etc

re what you believe you are at a loss with just quantify it with figures and we can reach an agreement

I might of got some good feedback yes , but I got just as many people complaining. The germans know there shirts, and that is reflected in the messages I got on egay. And is now reflected on my pypal

1) @sdpn2010 & sonobby1 - Are you aware that the shirts sold by wholesalereplica are fakes? If Yes, did he gave any guarantee about refunds?

2) @wholesalereplica - Instead Refunding the money, why you are offering the shirts again? Is this is the way you will be doing business?

He told me they were original, and told me that they were all made in the same factories over there, what I mean is all the leading football teams make there shirts in the same factories.

And also as for being original he told me that customs can not let a fake shirt in to the country, they would destroy them. Most of the parcels that came in to the UK from wholesale replica, he had to pay a custom duty on, and thats why he says they are original.

As for returns yes he said he would pay for any returns
