I don't know much about facebook marketing and I'm thinking of taking a step ahead in this line. How should I monetize a facebook app. Should I use CPA or do you know any other method?
Is CPA the only way of making money on facebook?
If yes then which CPA company should I use?

Peter, when you say add a content locker, do you mean putting the locker on the iframe in an app on an FBpage? Does that work and if so is it against fb's rules? I was looking at fb's policy guidelines etc and read it a couple of times but wasn't clear on whether that's allowed or not.

Unless you meant send people to a site that has a content locker

It really depends on the particular type of "app" you would be using. A lot of games make the user do CPA offers to get points to redeem for items in the game. Others are designed to make you sign up for another website through which they can sell other products, have advertisements, build a list to market through long term.

I really need to get my head around FB marketing. I spent time creating an app that links to a landing page where people can download a free report (with my affiliate links) but they must share on FB in order to download. Unfortunately this didn't have the viral effect I was hoping for, even after purchasing fiverr gigs to get the link out there... going to explore more content locking and CPA as this is an avenue of IM I haven't explored yet.
