First Micro Niche Site. Need some Advice

Hi guys

So i did some keyword research and found a nice keyword with a cpc from 1,7? and 3,6k exactly monthly global/local searches. ( it is about a product so i think i can also use amazon affilitate)

So now my questions:

I want to target all google sites with german language (.ch / .at / .de ). Should i take the .com domain or the .de or .net? I am not sure. All are free.

Next question is why people get banned for using clickbump themes on micro niche sites? What should i do to no get banned on adsense with a micro niche site ?

A forgot to ask: is it a bad idea to include google analytics to a micro niche site?

If you target the german market I would definitely go with a .de domain.
Although it isn't a problem to start with .blogspot.com for free and switch to a TLD later when the site gets traffic and ad clicks (I did that several times).
I did a lot of research regarding german micro niche sites and I think its a market with huge potential.

As for Google Analytics, no problem with that if you don't do anything blackhat.

How about getting all the german speaking domains like yourdomain.de yourdomain.ch yourdomain.at? It's also a good idea to include google analytics so you can track everything.

Because only the .eu and .biz domain isnt registrated.

The German market does indeed have a very big potential. I wish my German wasn't as rusty

hm found another nice keyword cpc around 4€ only 690 indexed sites when i search with "keyword" (with quotes) , low competition and around 4k local monthly queries. I think i should take that too right :O?

Depends on what sites are in the top 20. But it looks easy enough!

I've got 6 languages to pick from, but German is in the sweet middle. Not spammed to death but has decent/good CPCs and a large userbase.
