Anybody using No Hands SEO?

I've read through most of the posts but being a newbie I find some of the technical information a bit difficult to understand. I'm interested in purchasing the software, but don't know how to access AA lists and the like - Is there an instructional vid that comes with this or something that will take me through all I need to do to get it working at its best?

Hi Guys, I have just released a new version. The update can be downloaded from the No Hands SEO members section. Let me know how you get on. I will be back in a couple of hours to see how things are going.

Updates for v1.2.0 are listed below:
  • Added: Tool now uses random UserAgents for increased approval rate
  • Fixed: Occasional hard crash when sending trackbacks
  • Activating / Deactivating now updates list straight away
  • Fixed: Adding targets updates profile list
  • Adding targets saves straight to DB now
  • Fixed: Proxy List saves correctly
  • Fixed: Use Proxy option now saves correctly
  • Fixed: Domain block list now saves correctly
  • Added: Outbound Link limit for posting
  • Added: PR minimum for posting (don't use on lots of profiles unless you have lots of proxies)
  • Added: Crawl website pages blocklist (advanced website add/edit option)
  • Added: Check for scrape limit when scraping websites (advanced website add/edit option)
  • Added: Rescan Option to recrawl website pages
  • Added: Rescan Option to re-search keywords for targets
  • Fixed: Intermittent keyword handling issue

There are others that I think are fixed but am looking into further before declaring them banished.

seems great but honestly without a written money back guarantee and the fact that you don't take paypal directly, I'm not going to risk $97 on something that could stop working tomorrow.

I am sure a lot of people feel this way as if you stood behind your product 100% a 7-30 day money back guarantee is usually standard.

then don't buy it, i'd rather he also works on getting these great updates going rather than coding some limited 7 day trial thing, he'll soon get enough positive reviews soon. and it's 77 as a special bhw, unless it's already taken down.

btw idk what 90% of those updates mean lol except the user agens, obl and saving proxies

I missed the discount link. Also, if I was giving him the money directly via PayPal I would be more comfortable but since he is using a middleman processor it is sketchy.

Fair enough I don't have it explicitly written on the website but I have already written in here that any customer that is unhappy with the tool will be given a full refund so this is a moot point.

Also the tool did stop working on Wednesday due to Yahoo shutting down their API service early, as it happened I was having a day off and ended up staying up till 2:30a.m fixing this issue right away.

True enough the $77 dollar offer is still up, even though this is meant to be a BST special only. I have already stated my reasons for not having a trial available yet and if it means I lose out on a couple of sales I don't see this being anyone's problem other than mine.

As Lanx has said, if you are too worried about it then don't buy it. I hate to be a bit of an arse about it all but you can pay via PayPal so your concerns are not legitimate. Plimus is just a payment handler they allow people to pay in any currency and with a number of payment options. Also as an interesting side note they actually take a much larger percentage than paypal.

I use plimus as others can sign up to sell my item and both the customer and seller get added protections, they also have lots of benefits for sellers in that they allow for setting up of coupons and different products as well as numerous contracts for those products (i.e the $77 BHW offer). If you think offering more options for buyers and sellers is sketchy then maybe you have also ignored the fact that for 3 pages now I have been doing everything I can to get people up and running, as well as taking emails and answering each one.

I have never ducked a customer, I have never refued to answer a question honestly, will always give an unhappy customer their money back. I really do not understand what you think is sketchy. Maybe you should just wait until there is a trial, you may be waiting a while though as it is pretty low on my list of priorities right now.

If you have any more questions I will always be here to answer them.

plimus? i've done a lot of purchasing over the past month, and half the ppl do paypal and the other half do plimus, plus i think it's a paydotcom/ejunkie affiliate all in one thing anyway.

hey all i know is, i saw the example video, it looked simple, it actually looked like a real simple tool a dumb seo noob like me(reading up a lot) can "start" getting backlinks while i take my time to learn the other nitty gritty stuff (venomseo/bmd/amr/tbs/scrapebox... all purchased this month doing lots of learning).

So i thought, why not, i'll "test" this software on a few very junky domains i had lying around, how junky? unranked in alexa, within a day 30k, now after a week 15k.

plus i know it doesn't mean much to most ppl, but i look at this over 1k thanks, 600posts, jrvip and join date of 08.

sure anyone over a few months can pony up 100bucks for jrvip, but he musta contributed a lot to get 1k thanks, stayed a long time (he came in after me) and made lots of posts.

this software is "set it and forget it" (you can use that as a selling point jimbo i'm sure ronco won't mind), and he constantly updates it, it probably woulda been just fine w/o the recent 2 updates within a week, but it just get's better.

i'm not saying go and buy the software, no that's your decision, however, even tho i know many of us should and must have some skeptical nature about business... it probably isn't warranted for this. (plus once it goes to the marketplace after approval, that'll be a whole load of ppl)

Yep plimus is handling payments for lots of software these days because of the control they give to their sellers, unlike paypal who do not offer any seller benefits. The affiliate system was one of the major bonuses for me as it means the people selling the tool for me do not need to trust that I am going to make payments every month.

As for my standing here on BHW, most of my thanks come from writing and releasing software on this forum for all the users here to use for free. I have always tried to look after members here by any means I can and I think this is reflected in my years of history here. As others have said (I think Cody41 wrote) last time I released a tool and it was talked about here I spent months perfecting it and making it one of the best tools in its niche and I was giving that away for free when competing solutions were being sold for $57 to $97. I could have majorly cashed in then, instead I gave away more than 30k copies.

I have had a few people telling me how their alexa has dramatically improved, backlinks increased and rankings improved on domains that have no other promotion on whatsoever. It is good to know more people are seeing success with it.

Okay cool, found the link with the discount.

I'm going to try getting backlinks to articles of mine that link back to my site on other sites to avoid getting my domain penalized. Would that be a good idea?

What other safe methods would you recommend to avoid sandboxing?

I'm getting the "user and pass do not match a valid user" error after I enter my details I got in the payment email.

it's the same user/pass as the one you get for logging into the member section too (which really is just a download section). try that.

tried that too... didn't work.

I e-mailed the support a few hours ago too. No response and neither of the passwords work.

I've created 20 profiles and only 16-17 are working at any given time. The first fourteen work consistently then it rotates between the last six when I stop/start it.

I was hoping to put this on a VPS and have a few hundred profiles running at a time. Is that not possible with this tool?

How many profiles have others been able to have working?

Yeah sounds good to me, sandboxing is far more likely to occur if you are using dupe content rather than getting links.

I thought you had changed the login details?

Sorry I was sleeping. I have replied now and am awaiting your second response.

I have tested 20 to be working fine on my dev computer, which is a quad core with 4Gb of RAM. It is possible 16 or 17 is about at your computers limit or at the limit of what your internet connection can take. At this point you are dealing with almost 20 threads. 20 threads is quite a few for a domestic internet connection.

I could say X amount is how many profiles you can have running but really it is very dependant on your internet connection and the computer running it. There is a reason most multi-threaded SEO apps run on 10-20 threads and this is generally because of the limitations of a broadband connection.

If you want me to look into your specific situation you can always email me a link to your DB and I will check to make sure it is all working as it should but it would appear your are limited by your system or internet connection.

Also if you are wanting to install it on a second machine you will need to get me to reset your machine list or buy another copy as each copy can only be installed on a single machine.

i'm running 18, hoping to add more soon. all seem to working i guess. I do really want to push it, but i don't think this software can handle 100 profiles.
I'm running a quadcore phenon2 at 3.8ghz, with 8gigs on win7. Yea it's not the fastest today cuz i've stopped caring about upgrading (was a geek) but i consider it powerful still and it uses
25% cpu
500megs of ram

sure it doesn't bog me down at all, but when you consider scrapebox takes 20% of cpu when it does a blast... well that get's iffy.

but yea i wanna push the profiles.
*edit
i always seem to be in the middle of making a post and jimbo comes right in and posts before me!

Hehe, it does seem to happen.

I am not able to directly comment on how scrapebox handles submissions but No Hands SEO handles a lot of things for the user such as searching, dupe checking, page / profile handling as well as numerous block lists and limits. Because of all of these extras functions it will likely use more CPU and memory than something like scrapebox that splits these tasks.

I guess by the sudden silence that everyone is getting on fine with the latest update. I'm working on the post checker and some other features that will be added later on this week.

I also hope to have a new FAQ section and blog setup to show the list of updates being added to No Hands SEO.

If anyone has any suggestions just let me know.

Hi Jim

When starting a new campaign instead of deleting the old database and then downloading a new empty database. Could there be a button that resets the database ?

Yeah sure, I cannot guarantee it will be the next update but I will work it in there soon. Just out of interest why are you wiping the database? Did you can just delete the profile by right clicking on it and choosing the delete option?

Am I right in thinking the new version is now fully stable for you?
