Really really sorry for replying so late, been really busy with college/visa work (going to Canada for further studies next month).
Yes, it works with the Super Cache Plugin as WriteAgain! rewrites on the fly. But still, you may try disabling the Super Cache Plugin, clearing all it's cache and then reactivating it. See if less duplicate content is found. Else, PM me your website, i'll have a look at it.
Nice to hear back from you , well I disabled temporary the cache plugins ( temporary ) just because I`m keep running now another plugin to import a very large database with feeds will take most probably more than 2 weeks to finish ...
Didn't asked previously what happens with other pages like /tag/* pages /archive/* those are getting also content rewrote on fly like the pages got ?
Actually might a problem because of my damn hosting ( testing those plugins into dreamhost vps ... ) and they makes me to pull my hair at least once per week
Good luck with Canada !!! hope you will continue to support this plugin , so far I think is only one from market with this features and it's seems it's works perfectly at least for pages /posts ...
