So, I have a website targeting a weight loss keyword. A few months back I blasted this site with scrapebox, I don't remember how big the list was but Yahoo is currently showing over 4k backlinks.

Just a couple weeks ago I noticed it was ranking between #12 - #15 on G, so I took an article and ran that through AMR, ALN, and AR.

Now just this morning I ran MS rank tracker as I usually do and my site is sitting at #8 on page 1!

Also this site is using WP Robot so NOT 1 piece of unique content on the site.

This is called a Short term plan....

Wait for a week or so before you get excited...might be google dance.

Nice job! :) And how the traffic on the first page of G?

be careful because you can get your site banned :)

Google dance does not depend on your site age. Its because of the baclinks.

I'm not currently doing any linkbuilding except the articles form a couple weeks ago.

Dancing can also be there if you suddenly stop your linkbuilding. It may seem strange for G if the site got a huge bunch of links each day in a period, and then suddenly stops getting links for a while.

Keep doing what you've done so far.

Since first posting here, the site hasn't budged from page 1. It wasn't making much money so I listed and sold on Flippa.

Right on!

Real question is....What's your plan to get you the TOP spots?

Congrats on the small victory....

....but good luck with the real victory, top rankings....

Here's my advice, drop the autoblog functionality, and begin adding REAL content to the site. That way when competitors begin to take notice, there's not an abundance of red flags going off that an easy spam report will kill you with.

Get what I'm saying?

He is not going to get banned, you are completely wrong. You might lose your ranking and go down lower then you were before is which I would suspect. But no, 100 percent you will not get banned.

Gotta love it when people reply to old threads without reading them entirely. :lmao:

This site is over 1 1/2 years old and has been through the "google dance" so I think it'll be okay.

I had a site go into Google dance for 3 months. It came back and after a few weeks went straight back into Google dance LOL.
