Has anyone here ever used Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer. I am trying to setup Amazon with my sites to link to all the countries they are located in. So far I have opened accounts in all the countries Amazon is in Germany/UK and so on, but putting multiple links to each of these countries is a pain and doesn't look that great.

Amazon Affiliate Link Localizer is a wordpress plug-in that is supposed to automate the task but I don't want to lose any sales because of it.

If anyone knows if it works or of a WP plug-in that does I would appreciate it.

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but since I don't understand how they redirect the links I thought I would ask here first. Let me know how it goes.

I've used it. It works but it tends to generate a lot of product not found errors as it uses the ASIN number to create the link and the ASINs are not necessarily the same for the same product in different countries.

I've started to setup my sites with sub directories (and sometimes new domain names) that are country specific so users in the USA will hopefully use the USA version of the site and therefore click on the Amazon US links.

That is a lot of work to be directing traffic, but I understand as I get a lot of clicks from all over the world and want to monetize this traffic as much as possible.

I've been reading around the forums and I guess products availabe in one country aren't always available in another which will give a product not found error. Basically something like Kindle product would work, but something more local would not, I guess. I still don't know if I want to try it on my main site I am thinking of starting up a test site.

I've just started using this plugin. People seem to like it. The guy who owns it,makes money from your sites only from those amazon countries which you didn't insert the code for. So for example, if you don't have an account for amazon in Japan, the plugin automatically inserts the owners code.

OK it does work, i opened an account with amz/us and im getting clicks. Had to apply this fix first though hxxp://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-amazon-affiliate-link-localizer

I think Amazon International Localizer can solved the Amazon affiliate link Localizer problem, anyone willing to share the Amazon International Localizer?

There is a way to localize the links easily, I came across a answer in Quora and gave it a try.
There is a site named prourls As of now the tool works fine by generating global link that automatically redirect to the regional links. By the way this tool also improves your earnings. 3x times in my case. I am not sure about the pricing and all those things. So far it works fine, recently there have been a lot of confusion about this topic.
