Well, I wasn't going to take $60 from you anyways, the whole time I was going to pay you. I didn't refund it because it was the right thing to do, I refunded it because I was going to send it all along, you just requested paypal, so it took my some time.

As far as you thinking it was the paypal dispute, def. not that man lol, If I wanted to take your money I would have made your dispute into a claim or whatever, waited a month for paypal to review it, and won the case/take the money. That obv. wasn't the case because as soon as you had the dispute there, I wrote that I will be issueing a refund as soon as possible, i didn't try to fight anything. Which would be me scamming you if I did.
