Here's a free Firefox extension that I use for simple checks.

(replace x with t and 0 with o)

I also use a paid tool called WebCEO.

I have used Axandra's Internet Business Promoter, it will also keep the history of each time you check how you rank on the different search engines each day, and then you can compare how you are doing against past reports

Yeah...I second IBP (Internet Business Promotor). It not only checks your rank, keeps track of it, but can also keep track of competitor ranks, and lets you know what you can do to get placed at a better rank in the near future.

If this program hasn't been uploaded yet to BHW, I just may upload it. Its a must have tool for any White Hat SEOer.

"SEO Elite" does a pretty good job of this and allows you to check your standing in Google, Yahoo, MSN and Altavista (maybe a few others too).

There's no need to upload it here, just go to Axandra's site and you can download a free version from there that does most of what you need
