hi guys can you please how a person can make there website top ranking on google i dont have a clue about these types of things hope theres someone who can advise , my website has been for 3 months now and not even a single buy from it :-( always see my competitors shoing on top of searches when my products are searched for .

You competitors rank higher as their domain age and authority is stronger then yours may be or might be the content of your sites need to be more SEOptimized and more unique.IF Its a product review site then increase the word limit of your content and use LSI orientation while balancing the keyword density.
Continue doing SEO with quality link building and try ranking each post/pages with page wise SEO.I guess this will help you out.
