starting with ebay, what to do now?

does anyone know a good ebook with info on ebay dropshipping etc.?

and dropshipping real products (no replicas) is legal right?

I used to do a lot of ebay selling. I signed up at a site called Worldwide Brands. They have a ton of resources, educational vids, and a wholesaler/dropshipper database that they add to all the time. I don't know what it costs now, but back in the day it was $500 to sign up... quite expensive, but I got a lot of good wholesalers from it. I recommend checking out the wholesaler section of the blackhat forums if you don't want to drop that kind of money Never google search wholesalers. You'll only find a bunch of retail sites that claim to be wholesale...

If you want to get smart, find specific products you'd like to sell and contact the manufacturers directly to try and set up a wholesale relationship. You may need to contact quite a few companies before one would like the idea, but it's definitely worth it. Try and target smaller companies. Don't go for the big brand name products... You'll never get in. New products from new companies are the best for this kind of thing.

Not sure about drop shipping on eBay using PayPal. In the past I used to do a lot of this but then started to face a lot of trouble from eBay and PayPal. Unless you have a good supplier that ships quickly I don't think it is worth it in my opinion.

Why not just ship directly to your customer yourself or is importing not an option?

I am not PayPal like drop shipping and have had a number of accounts limited myself for engaging in such practices.

I hate paypal, and that is what I am scared of with real products, that accounts get blocked and limited etc..

Like a couple of the guys have already said, droppshipping on ebay is pretty risky. Within a week of Paypal bringing in their 180 day money holding policy nonsense I was pretty much screwed as I was relying on getting cash up front from the buyer, to pay the supplier. Amazon on the other hand might be a better place to sell if you are looking to go down the dropshipping route, just be sure your suppliers are EXTREMELY reliable or Amazon will be pretty quick to ruin you to. At the end of the day, the best bet is to always have stock but I understand if you are looking to make cash without first having investment, this is next to impossible but keep searching and you will be rewarded eventually. Best of luck
