I don't want to crush your motivation, but this method will get you banned eventually. Even if you stay under the radar and spread your earnings across 20 networks... the leads will pile up and will all be garbage. Maybe you will get paid 1, 2, maybe even 3-times... You can continue this way and be grateful for every payment At least you will earn something, which is better than those people who only read this and did nothing.

I've earned 1400$ so far and I've got payed 1300$ and if I get banned meh I'll just make another account and change all links

Why would email submits not work to open a gateway on a cpa network offer, or possibly on an email submit to open my site's own gateway, such as using CLP's gateway (Content Locker Pro)?
