I can't stand the 15 y/o thing. We all began to use internet in 1995 roughly. Before, it was there but not easily available and after we could pay and get connected with dial-up.
So by then, if you were 45 or 12, you had the same chances. The 12 y/o was not smarter than the 45 y/o.
