I paid $15 on July 9, and quickly received acknowledgement, asking for details to complete the order, which I sent immediately. Completion report was promised within 2 days.
No word received, so July 12, I chased for the report and was told to wait 24 more hours.
July 13, chased again, and was told to wait another day.
July 15, chased again asking for delivery or refund. Was told I'd get a refund.
It's now been a week. The service was not delivered and the refund was not processed.
What a ripoff!

Chased up today after it being my 3rd day (Was promised 3-4 days) Got a reply within the hour saying report should get to me tomorrow so that filled me with a bit more confidence after reading the above, shall see tomorrow!

As a follow-up to my previous review:
Again, I received no service and no refund after numerous attempts over the course of a week. Did I get promises? yes! Were they broken? yes!
Miraculously, AFTER I posted the bad review, I received threatening messages about having my account banned [for telling the truth? I hope not!], and eventually got the refund.
Decide for yourself whether this is a good vendor, but IMHO the time and effort to chase, chase, chase, post a review, deal with threats, all just to get a service for 3 times the price of any joe blow on fiverr was a total loss.
Your mileage may vary.

turnaround time for each order is maximum of 3 days!
I issued refund to some people as i was not able to complete their orders due to some server problems.
Now service is back again and delivery time is same as it used to be.

Delivery time is now just 2 days. so just place an order and you will get report delivered within 48 hours. In some cases it can take upto 3 days.
