Coding Battle: Sweetfunny VS Botmaster.

Yo. +1 for that.

Would really love a xBox () or ScrapeRumer! :D:D

You can't call it XBox, microsoft will sue.

Sweetfunny's scrapebox is good for noobs, while scrapeboard haven't been officially released yet. Xrumer has a huge learning curve, IMHO, it won't work for noobs.

If scrapeboard does what it says it does, then Sweetfunny perhaps will trash Botmaster.

Based on just the coding side, I would say Sweetfunny is a better coder, but my knowledge of coding is limited. The functionality is easier is scrapebox, and that's what I'm basing my vote on.

how exactly would you measure their skills? kudos to the SB creator for coding a user-friendly software though; 99% of the "great coders" out there don't know shit about software development, they are just good programmers

winners code user-friendly software

there should be a universal test, where every software should be presented to a guy/girl with double digit IQ and if this guy/girl doesn't figure it out in six minutes or less, then the programmer should go back to the drawing board

These are two different programs, yes they both post but still making captcha ocr is not so easy, especially if it must use as little resources as possible, be fast and able to not freeze on too many threads. Yes botmaster is lazy asshole, yes his software have notorious bugs but still he was first with such software and works on it, slowly but at least do something.
Scrapebox is awesome and i love it, it's value is not only that brings lots of functions for one time payment but also remember that for most people it's first program for seo they ever use. When person will buy once such soft will look for other etc, the key for sweetfunny is to continue good work and bring more value for higher price.

how exactly would you measure their skills?

In a hypothetical world where you would put them both on separate chambers and make them code, rewarding or punishing them for whatever you think it is "good" or "bad", developing a grade system and then comparing the results.

Sweetfunny's scrapebox is good for noobs...

Oh really, then what do you sir uses for blog comments?

SB is far more than just some piece of "user-friendly" software. Sweetfunny and Botmaster are brilliant coders and have more than established their respective reputations. So in the future, try and show a little respect/gratitude for what they have accomplished and for what they have done for the IM community.

Botmaster is the better coder. Xrumer is very very stable and rarely crash even if you run hundreds of threads.

I think BotmasterLab team is better.
And XRumer is so fast ! Speed = quality development.
XRumer seems to be coded in C++.

ScrapeBox is really great but less varied than XRumer.
If I'm right, ScrapeBox use DOM to control basic GET and POST on blog platforms (in Delphi).

The team of SEnukeX and VSEO can enter in the competition, no ?

Beny

Look Xrumer is coded in delphi. ReinRein(VSEO) is also a great coder. I think that they are evenely matched. They each produced amzing pieces of software and must be given to their different areas of expertise.

I can't comment about the coding or usability of Xrumer as I don't own it.

However I do own Scrapebox and I must say that it provides a huge variety of functions and different types of uses for one software. It is not just for blog spamming. And for me, it seems to be quality coding with extremely few crashes or lock-ups.

I have to give special credit to Sweetfunny and group for Marketing and Support. They have priced the software affordably AND by giving a terrific discount to BHW members, they have developed an extremely loyal following that will be carried over to any new products that they should ever introduce.

The special pricing for BHW members was brilliant for two reasons:

1.) every newbie will be able to afford it, so there will be a constantly expanding user base and revenue flow.
2.) The BHW members wouldn't think about distributing a hacked version. Why bother, with such a low BHW price and frequent updates. It creates a very strong loyalty and defense strategy.

Although I have never needed it, Sweetfunny's customer service has an awesome reputation.

So at least from a Marketing standpoint - I would have to rank Sweetfunny as #1.

My vote for 'better coder' goes to the Botmasterlabs team mainly because of Xrumer's built-in captcha breaking capability. However, Scrapebox is more user-friendly with a lot of extra functions/plugins. If Scrapebox/Scrapeboard can at least match Xrumer's captcha breaking capabilities, then my vote will instantly change to Sweetfunny.

Well even thought Senuke X is a bit buggy it its still very good, at the moment I am a Beta tester of a program which might prove better than both Senuke and VSEO.

lol, what's it's name? Is it socket based?
