Anybody know of any poker sites that still allow US users? cant find any decent ones..

Hi rakoom,
After recent events (Black Friday) all major rooms have stopped accepting US players. It seems the situation is unlikely to change for a while. I would not deal with any site still accepting US players as they are probably
(1) small and dodgy
(2) liable to raided/shut down as the others catering to US players were

Source: playing professionally for 5 years

BHMillionaire: The sites may accept moneybookers deposit without asking too many questions.
But when you cash out you may be asked to provide ID, usually something like:
1. copy of passport/drivers license
2. recent utility bill
Certainly if you cashout a decent sum they will ask you for this documentation.
I know many US professional players who were hit by recent events and it's not been easy for them. Most are now playing via agents acting on behalf of sites, who exchange cash or MB for chips on the site. But these deals are somewhat under-the-table.

U.S. players can play as long as they "reside" elsewhere when playing. Its not that hard to get a virtual apartment and get a phone bill associated with it.

US players cannot play on Stars and Tilt.

Right now your options are Bodog and anything on the Merge Network (Carbon Poker & Lock Poker). I would stay away from Cake due to them taking forever to cash out process. Been waiting on a $1200 check for over two months now.

Carbon Poker took about seven weeks to get a $2500 check from them. Even though I tried to cash out the full amount. So my next check is about five weeks away ($2500 max). I'm obv trying to get all of the money offline before the DOJ seizes them as well. They just aren't moving fast for anyone.

I miss Pokerstars :(
