looking for private proxies in new york

Hey guys,

I am looking for private proxies that are hosted in new york. I need to buy 13 proxies just for around $13. I have looked around and most service are offering $40 or more. I cant afford to pay as it really expensive, I can only afford to buy $13 or so. If none of you would offer me the service, then I am thinking of getting VPS that are hosted in new york, but it going to cost me $18 ($5 for monthly to rent the server and $13 to buy 13 ips).

however if you could offer me the proxies in new york for $13, i would be very grateful.

what did you do when you couldn't find a service to fit in your need?

Did you went on to looking for VPS and purchase
