looking for something like this

hey guys
i got a fan page, for our store and now i want to make like a contest to get some more fans. heres how i want it to run
when users goes to the facebook page to view like an image:
Like Us to enter the contest.
then right after they like to show like a form in wich they have to enter their email adress. and a submit button.

i need their emails so i can randomly pick the winners when the contest is over.
can you please tell me what i need to do for this ?

not really sure, i have created 1 app for my website for quick login
but i think i need a new one for the contest

1. On the page where you can edit the application settings, you'll find a link for the tab. Enter the url of the page whose content you wanna show on your facebook page tab. Let's call this http://example.com/tab

2. Go to google doc to create a spreadsheet, create 2 columns 'name' and 'email' (you can add anything that fit your needs) then choose tools->form->create form.

3. Edit the form the way you want

4. On the top right corner of the page where you're editing the form. Find 'More actions' -> embed.

5. Copy the iframe code and paste on http://example.com/tab

6. Go to your app and add it to your fan page. You'll find the tab on your fan page

but what i`d like to do is they have to like the page before seying the contents of the Contest tab

Just use static HTML iframe tab. When you instal in your FB fan page, you can create HTML, CSV, JavaScript or video to fans or non fans!

On the page that you set as the tab, wrap the iframe code you copied in this
