Ok my blog is already indexed in google, however, when searching for my keywords it is not on the first pages .... only site:xxx.com shows that it is indexed ....

about the video sitemap, I think this is a very good idea, I just setup a video sitemap and submitted it to google webmaster tools ......

No, I don't think so. I have submitted a video sitemap, however, my page does not show up with a video in google serps. also if I do not search for my site but for my keyword I do not find anything, I looked first ten pages, nothing ....
