Hi i am new in blogging , and i want to start my adsense mini niche sites now .
I have searched for some keywords , the keyword has 9900 exact US searches and average CPC of 6 $ and on the other hand keyword with 800 exact US searchrs and average CPC of 9 $ .

So kindly tell me which one is better and how ?

Thanks in advance .

What is the competition level for each keyword? I am assuming the second keywords competition might be weak, but I might be wrong.

Go for the first one with "9900 " exact searches....n about how its better then other ..very easy.. suppose you have 10% CTR( Click through Rate) means only 10% poeple click on the adds, then with 9900 you can get
9900*(10/100)= 990 now as u said cpc is 6$ so
6*990= 5940$
now implement the same formula on the other n you can see the difference...
you will just get 720$..

so 5940$ is far better then the 720 $ proved :)

Hey what keyword tool do you guys use to select keywords?

Are you just using Adwords keyword tool?

Make sure it is not a seasonal traffic. Check the local search trends in the keyword tool or in G0ogle Insights. Analyze the keyword competition clearly before spending your money and time on that keyword.

This is not accurate!

1. You won't get the exact search volume what you see in keyword tool even you rank #1 as the search count is only estimate. Also you need to consider the ranking position in the first page as it affects the visitors CTR.

2. How can you expect $6 for each click? It varies and it depends on your visitors country and keywords which you use in your content.

Are you just using Adwords keyword tool?

Keywords tool can be used for some brainstorming. There are many other places to hunt for niches/keywords. Check the sticky threads.

Analyze your competition and see some adword ads!

In theory, you're right, but it's not going to happen that way.
I have a site ranked #1/#2 for a specific keyword showing 9,900 search/month and I have about 15 uniques/day = 450 uniques/month.

People don't always clik on #1 or #2. Sometimes, they don't clik at all, or go adwords, etc...
