problem with peerfly?/

I an new to cpa and just now had signed up with peerfly as most here recommended that

i got verified my email and phone number but it also needs a pic and i m uploading it but the site is denoting an error and is saying to check the extension but it is .jpg

now what to do/???

Hi there,

Save the image as a .PNG and then try to upload it. Let me know if that doesn't work.
