You need an account, and you can't get one. It is by invitation. Check some threads where you can get an invitation or send me a pm with ur gmail and i will send you one

The OP isn't talking about Google+, he is talking about the Google +1. Completely different things.

Seems like a lot of confusion between Google + and Google +1. Either way, I could use an invite to Google + if anyone has one. I'll offer some free +1's as a trade.
