Captcha Buster - Any reviews?

Anyone heard of it? They charge $0.0019 per captcha = Over 5K Catpchas solved for just $10 which I think is sooo cheap.

Are they reliable? What I like about them is they also have API support for C#, PHP, and even for iMacros.
