I don't know yet, I bought them this morning. But yes, the proxies are fast.

You can find some nice private proxies on fiverr, just look for sellers with positive feedback, I made a thread about a fiverr gig related to proxies and in the end decided to purchase them, they were really fast and it turns out the seller is a member here at bhw. Exclusive private proxies on his gig are $1.25 each and he has shared private proxies at a cheaper rate here is the thread if you want to give it a read.
