I believe you can't join until they have "some more capacity".

It only works if you click on the link from the invite email.

What link? You mean the button that says "Learn More about Google+" ? That doesnt work for me, it still says its full

Just wait it out a few hours. The invite system in G+ is still working.

I used a US IP to signup btw.

I can confirm it works, I just tried with a different account, and I got the create profile page.

CLICK THE LINKS IN THE EMAIL.

I used the same US IP.
 
Invites are still available.

Thank you very much, confirming that it did work. I had asked for an invite on another site and was told that they wouldn't send an email, you just had to go to the site and put in your email and they will automatically verify. What a lie! That's why I thought I already had an invite. I hope the site is successful. I remember signing up for Google Wave. I still don't know what that is....
 
Is this so you can add the +1 to your site?

If so, then I've already have joined weeks ago.

I can confirm that this is not a facebook killer. Facebook looks much better, and has so many more features. I recommend a sell on G stocks.

It looks like they are just pushing their search application with G+. THe fanfare is only there because it's restricted. People are gonna leave G+ very soon, and they defo gonna go back to FB.

I hate facebook, and I expected this to be a facebook killer.
